My interest in rehab began while working as a  physiotherapy and occupational therapy assistant with seniors recovering from orthopedic injuries and neurological impairments in 2013. This inspired me to learn more about how the body can heal itself and overcome pain and dysfunction. I returned to Georgian College in Barrie and graduated from the Advanced Massage Therapy program and have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019 where I continue to expand my knowledge through continuing education and evidence-based research.

My massage treatment approach combines traditional relaxing Swedish Massage with therapeutic techniques, and remedial exercise to help relax  the body's nervous system, restore muscle and tissue function, and give you the tools to feel like the best version of yourself. 

I currently treat a wide variety of issues with a special interest in headaches, migraines, chronic pain, and TMJ disorders.
